LA CONSTITUCIÓN DE ATENAS: UNA LECTURA DESDE ARISTÓTELES

Resumen
Este trabajo es un primer acercamiento al texto original de la Constitución de Atenas de Aristóteles, y en él me propongo, básicamente, una sistematización de la información que el propio Aristóteles registró del desarrollo de la ley y de las instituciones de la realidad histórica ateniense, así como presentar esta obra, de por sí desconocida dentro del corpus aristotélico. Probablemente esto se deba a que es la más reciente de las obras descubiertas y atribuidas al filósofo y, en segundo lugar, porque no corresponde al canon del lenguaje estrictamente filosófico.

Abstract
This work is a first approach to the original text of Aristotle’s Constitution and hereby I have attempted to carry out a methodical arrangement of the infomation that Aristotle himself recorded regarding the development of law and of the institutions of the Athenian historical reality, as well as to present his work, unkown within the aristotelic corpus. This might be because this work is the most recent one found and attributed to the philosopher, and secondly, because it does not correspond to the canon of the strict philosophical language.
